A World-Class Program
Every program detail is designed to ensure that, as a graduate, you will have solid credentials in the culinary arts as well as real-life experience to strengthen your knowledge and professionalism.
You’ll learn in one of two unique, world-class facilities built specifically for the study of the culinary arts. Both of our campuses support the learning process through advanced technologies and interior design—state-of-the-art classrooms and labs, as well as unobstructed views between classrooms to facilitate the open kitchen concept of European-style training and cooking.
In addition to internships and externships that will help you broaden your skills, you’ll have the opportunity to work in one of our student-run, full-service restaurants, or in the Muskegon campus pastry and coffee shop. They are an integral part of our teaching facility designed to bring the art of business of food together.
